These slate plant markers can be personalised with your choice of words. A beautiful way of organising and identifying your homegrown plants, flowers, herbs, fruits and veg.

These markers are etched on one side, so words will not wash off in the rain or fade in the sunshine. You can add your own writing to the reverse using chalk should you change your mind.
